ELISABETH SOUTHER
FINANCE ASSISTANT
As the Greater Yellowstone Coalition’s financial assistant, Elisabeth helps with the day-to-day support of the financial department. She has been self-employed for the past 10 years, doing bookkeeping from home while raising three young boys.
Originally from Seattle, Elisabeth moved to Bozeman in 2008 to attend Montana State University. She fell in love with the mountains and never left. Elisabeth and her family love the outdoors and try to spend as much time as possible outside. They enjoy skiing, hiking, paddleboarding/kayaking, fly fishing, camping, and all the other recreational activities Montana has to offer. When they are not enjoying their leisure time you can find them at the baseball or soccer fields!
Favorite Greater Yellowstone Animal: Gray wolf
First Job: Selling glitter painted rocks and paintings in the neighborhood! (It was more lucrative than you would think!)
