ALLISON MICHALSKI

SENIOR IDAHO CONSERVATION ASSOCIATE

Allison Michalski works to protect public lands, support healthy wildlife, and safeguard clean waters in southeastern Idaho. This work includes engagement in federal, state, and local planning processes, policy reform, and special projects, as well as coordinating a variety of conservation and outreach campaigns.

Allison first earned her Bachelor of Arts from Colby College in 2008, and she went on to earn dual degrees from Vermont Law School, including a Juris Doctor and a Master of Environmental Law and Policy, in 2013. She is now an active member of the Idaho State Bar, the Idaho Association of Mediators, and the Grand Teton Mediation Association. She also currently serves as a board member for the Mental Health Coalition of Teton Valley and a councilwoman for the City of Driggs.

Allison’s mission in life is to protect the places she loves – especially the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. When she is not hard at work protecting these beloved places, she is most often out and about enjoying them. Allison likes to spend her time running, biking, roller skating, paddling, and skiing the Teton Range and beyond.
